  1. The confirmation of your package is subject to room availability. 
  2. A surcharge of RM60 nett per room per night is applicable on Saturdays, the eve of public holidays and public holidays. 
  3. Refunds will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilised. 
  4. The Reception will issue all entitlements upon check-in. 
  5. For island hopping and bicycle ride experiences, guests must register at our Reception upon check-in for the next available slot. 
  6. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
